President | Infinite Consulting Group

A native of Jackson, TN, Tina is the daughter of Luther Mercer, a Madison County Commissioner, and the late Shirlene Mercer, a dedicated community activist, educator, and former field representative for Congressman John Tanner. She has one brother, Luther Mercer II, an attorney and Director/Advocate for The LIFT: Elevating Neighborhoods in Memphis, Tennessee.

Tina attended Tennessee Technological University, where she pursued studies in Finance, Criminal Justice, and Psychology. She is the founder and owner of Infinite Consulting Group, Inc., a Jackson-based firm specializing in sales, marketing, political consulting, and retirement planning. Most recently, she also launched L.S. Mercer Community Re-Development, a construction company named in honor of her parents and dedicated to revitalizing communities.

Founded in August 2005, Infinite Consulting Group was established to build minority partnerships, enhance employee development across industries, and support the growth and profitability of small- to medium-sized businesses. The firm also provides political consulting for candidates at the federal, state, and local levels. As a financial advisor, Tina has worked with over 6,000 clients and has served as a construction consultant on commercial projects ranging from $1 million to $200 million.

Among her notable projects, Tina worked with Crocker Construction as a consultant for the revitalization of Jackson Central-Merry High School and the construction of the new Madison Academic High School. She led efforts to preserve and celebrate the legacy of past students and community leaders, resulting in a new school building that prominently features a historical lobby display and 15 alumni panels honoring distinguished graduates from the 1970s through the 2000s.She is currently serving as a consultant for the Oman Arena/Hub City Central Project, a major redevelopment that includes a new stadium—future home of the Cougars—and the renovated Oman Arena.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Tina is the President and Chairman of the Board for Children on the Right Path (C.O.R.P.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Since 1998, C.O.R.P. has provided a Christmas program for underprivileged children, focusing on those who might otherwise go without gifts during the holidays. While the program begins with a goal of serving 50 children, that number typically grows to 65–70 children annually, spanning approximately 12 local schools.
