Companies nationwide are broadly recognizing the urgent need to increase diversity in top leadership positions. Engaging diverse voices and perspectives in company leadership is widely recognized as a direct contributor to positive business outcomes.

OUR members

Partnership Tennessee’s membership includes a diverse group of African American leaders from all business sectors across the three grand regions of the state. The Partnership is guided by a board of directors charged with planning and executing all meetings. Partnership Tennessee plans three to four meetings annually.
